Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

Warranty on your purchased item differs. If you want to make a claim under your warranty, it is important that you check the warranty period from the date stated on your invoice and/or proof of purchase. At www.razzaro.nl you basically have 2 product groups:

Consumables, such as clothing and batteries

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on consumables, without a manufacturer's warranty. There is no warranty on wearing parts on tools. In principle, you have a 2-year warranty on tools and electronics (consumer), provided that the warranty certificate stated otherwise.

 


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any default in payment that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
When you discover or hear about a defect in the product, please contact us within a certain period of time. A certain period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

 


Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by emailing [email protected]

We will do everything we can to satisfy you. However, if this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to report your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN. If your complaint has not yet been processed, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
