Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home back to Razzaro are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions:

For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable. This applies to, for example, sealed games, etc.
that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
that are clearly personal in nature;
which cannot be returned due to their nature;
the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

Warranty on your purchased item differs. If you want to claim your warranty, it is important that you check the warranty period from the date stated on your invoice and/or proof of purchase. At www.razzaro.nl you basically have 2 product groups:

Consumables, such as clothing and batteries for game consoles, etc.

Merch, such as Anime figures

You have no manufacturer's warranty on consumables outside the right of withdrawal of 14 days.
